FUN IN THE SUN: Our elegant 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa features a private pool and raised spa with waterfall feature on an enclosed and oversized lanai for complete relaxation after a long day at the parks. Our pool area is partially enclosed with "Florida glass" for the ultimate in privacy while allowing the sunlight in. Complimentary gas BBQ grill for outdoor family BBQ fun.

FAMILY ROOM: Beautifully appointed living/family with large 65" Smart TV -- you can stream your subscriptions! Playstation II and DVD player. Garage converted to private gameroom features a pool table and air hockey table for more family time enjoyment.

Five bedrooms -- each bedroom has its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort (no more fighting for the bathroom!)

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS: These three bedrooms are elegant master suites: 2 king-sized and 1 queen-sized. Each of these beds are topped with a 3" cool Lucid memory foam topper. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's and DVD players.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS: The other two bedrooms are junior suites: one Mickey-Mouse-themed twins room and the other a "Finding Dory" themed twins room.

KITCHEN: Gourmet granite & stainless steel kitchen featuring energy-star appliances. Everything needed to prepare meals for large families in style while keeping an eye on little ones and joining in all the fun.

WINDSOR HILLS RESORT: Disney Dream Villa is located inside of the 5-star Windsor Hills resort community. It is the closest family-style, 5-star resort to Disneyworld -- just a 5-minute drive! Conveniently located to all Orlando parks including Universal Studios and the Harry Potter theme park. (20 minutes) Top family-style restaurants, elegant dining, world-class golf and shopping are just minutes away.

5-STAR RESORT AMENITIES: We provide complimentary access to all of the 5-star Windsor Hills resort amenities including the sparkling lagoon pool and waterpark area, tropical clubhouse with fitness center, games room, arcade room, 48-seat private movie theatre featuring family-friendly movies, kiddie play area, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, putting greens and a sundry shop.
